Figaro 3 - La Solitaire du Figaro - St.Nazaire FRA - Leg 4 - Start today

Figaro 3 - La Solitaire du Figaro - St.Nazaire FRA - Leg 4 - Start today This evening at 18h UTC, the start to the final fourth leg of the Solitaire will be given off St-Nazaire. Due to the variable weather forecast - a depression provides for moderate winds with rain squalls - the course has been reduced on 80 miles. ----- Most interesting will be the duel on top: Armel Le Cléac'h FRA ('Banque Populaire') and Fréderic Duthill FRA only 10 minutes behind are practically neck-and-neck, considering the strong currents and light winds. Tom Laperche FRA on rank 3 is already over one hour in arrear. ----- The preview.

Figaro 3 - La Solitaire du Figaro - Leg 3 - St.Nazaire FRA - Final results Fred Duthil FRA scored an opportunist’s victory yesterday taking the winning gun for leg 3 on the 51st La Solitaire de Figaro off Saint Nazaire. The overall leader Armel Le Cléac'h FRA, also coming from the back-end of the fleet crossed the line in 4th with a 52-minute backlog and remained on top overall. Nils Palmieri SUI finished leg 3 on rank 16 with a 2-hour deficit and is now on rank 18 overall and 2nd rookie. ----- The results of leg 3, the news and the videos. ----- The start to the final 4th leg over 183nm to Loire Atlantic will be given on Saturday.
