With a perfect start, 'Alinghi' took the command early and controlled the race winning and securing the overall win. Behind 'Oman Air' followed 'Red Bull Sailing Team' with Roman Hagara AUT. In the overall Tour rankings, the Swiss have reduced the gap on the leader 'Oman Air' to 5 points with 3 Acts to go this year.
