Cold-grey weather and light winds prevailed yesterday during the first race of the 420/470 Swiss Championship on Lake Thoune.
In the 470s, development teams were on the first positions: David Biermann/Max Haenssler BT were the winners ahead of Kilian Wagen/Anee-Sophie Thilo CNP and Yves Mermod/Cyrill Schüpbach TYC. Mara Bezel/Fiona Müdespacher SVT on the 5th place were the best women's team just ahead of the Olympians Linda Fahrni/Maja Siegenthaler SUI.
In the 420s, the favorites Maxime Bachelin/Arno de Planta CVV finished first ahead of Florian Geissbühler/Livio Erni YCB and Sophie Mosegaard/Samira Rast TYC.
