IRC - Middlesea Race 2016 - La Valetta MLT - Day 3

Yesterday, the line honors at the 2016 Middlesea Race in La Valetta MLT went after 2 days and 1 hour to the MOD70-multihull 'Maserati' with Giovanni Soldini ITA. A new record time was in sight, but the slackening wind in the approach to the finish destroyed the hopes. The news. 2 hours later, the second MOD70 'Phaedo 3' with Llyod Thornsburg USA finished the race. The first monohull, 'Rambler' of George David USA, finished early this morning with a 13 hours' backlog on the winner. The news. All other boats are still underway this morning.
