IMOCA Open 60 - Vendée Globe 2016/17 - Day 108

By noon yesterday, Rich Wilson USA arrived in Les Sables d'Olonne and is with his 66 years the eldest finisher of the Vendée Globe ever on his Open 60 'Great American', the former 'Mirabaud' of Dominique Wavre SUI. 195 nm are left for Didac Costa ESP this morning, and he is expected at Les Sables by midnight. The next to arrive will hopefully be Conrad Coleman NZL forced again to sail upwind very slowly yesterday with his jury rig. Finally today, he should reach westerly winds pushing him towards the finish more rapidly.
