J/70 - Swiss Sailing Challenge League, Act 3 - CV Estavayer - Day 1

Round 3 of the Swiss Challenge League, the promotion to the Super League competition, began yesterday on Lake Nechâtel in light winds. All 12 teams completed 3 races each.
Finishing three times on top, the SC Enge with Christian Sprecher as skipper has taken the interim's lead 4 points ahead of the SC Männedorf with Peter Stöckli and the YC Kreuzlingen with Stefan Lion sharing rank 2 at equal points. A slow starter was the team of the CN Versoix with Mathieu Cadei, leader of the Annual Rankings, but with a victory in the last race, they could somewhat reduce the deficit on the top group with the 5th place at the end of day 1.
