Optimist - Selection Interligue - Hyères FRA - Day 1

The SIL in Hyères began yesterday in moderate winds. The younger Benjamins finished two, the elder Minimes, split in two groups, sailed one race each.
With the ranks 1 and 2, Lars Dittel SUI is on top of the Benjamins at equal points with Malou Chouillou FRA. With Ikke Hubert SUI 5th and Thibault Bertschy SUI 8th, Mattys Burmeister SUI 9th and Charlotte Siret SUI 10th, the Swiss team shined with a solid team performance.
In the Minimes the day winners in the two groups were Catherina Schaaf GER and Andrea Manhes FRA. Simon Mille SUI was on 2nd in his group, Anja Von Allmen SUI 5th, Paul Van der Klink SUI 7th, Jeanlou Lauber SUI 9th and Stach Veleeshouwers SUI 9th as well. A strong team performance too.
