Olympic Worldcup 2019 - Act 3 - Genua ITA - Day 1

Yesterday, Round 3 of the Olympic Classes Worldcup was kicked off in Genoa ITA in sunshine and light winds varying from 5-12kn. Eight of the ten Olympic Classes were present with the RS:X windsurfers missing. On the opening day, the speed classes were active with two races for the 49ers and one race for the Nacra-17 (one group with a second race).
First leaders in the 49ers are Tim Fischer/Fabian Graf GER with two bullets. McHardie/McKenzie NZL and Gilmour/Gilmour AUS follow on the ranks 2 and 3.
In the 49ersFX, Julia Gross/Hanna Klinga SWE have taken the lead ahead of Grael/Kunze BRA and Jurczok/Lorenz GER.
Ben Saxton/Nicola Boniface GBR and Lorenzo Bressani/Cecilia Zorza finished first in their Nacra 17 groups.
