World Match Racing Tour 2016 - Congressional Cup - Long Beach CA, USA - Start today, Eric Monnin

Today begins the second round of the World Match Racing Tour in California with the Practice Race. Long Beach will be the only event in the 2016 Tour on keelboats, the traditional heavy Catalina 37 yachts, instead of the speedy M32 catamarans. Among the 12 participants are the World Champions of the two previous years, Ian Williams GBR and Taylor Canfield ISV, at the same time defending Champion in Long Beach.
