Ian Lipinski POL with his round-bow Proto arrived on the Acores during the past night winning leg one. His only opponent in the Protos, Alberto Bona ITA, was 170 miles from Horta this morning. The first Series Minis will arrive tomorrow Sunday only. Tanguy Bouroullec FRA defended his lead ahead of Jonas Gerckens BEL 6 miles behind.
