IRC - Barcolana - Triest ITA - Final results

After a week with entertainment and some minor regattas, the start to the 48th edition of the traditional 'Barcolana' was given last Sunday. 1756 Teams, over 25'000 sailors and over 300'000 spectators ashore were present ! Among the guests was also the most decorated Olympic Champion Ben Ainslie GBR. As usual, the big Maxis ruled the show with the 100-foot-Maxi 'Alfa Romeo' of Furio Benussi ITA as winner ahead of 'Maxi Jena Tempus Fugit' of Mitja Kosmina SLO. Unfortunately, the 54-page ranking list does not give the nationalities of the participants. Impressive however the video, More information, photos and videos on the event facebook page.
