The stormy conditions still persisted yesterday at the Costa Brava, but nevertheless, racing was at least partly resumed in a 25 kn breeze and considerable waves.
Simon Diesch/Philipp Autenrieth GER moved up on top of the 470 men with two race wins, but Xammar/Rodriguez ESP are only 2 points behind before the last races today. Cassandra Blandin/Aloise Retornaz FRA are on safe way to victory in the 470 women with 6 bullets in 8 races. In the 49ers, the first three teams Buksak/Wierzbicki POL, Rask/Hoffmann DEN and Fischer/Jauvin FRA are separated by one point only. In the 49ersFX, Jeske Keisters/Robin Becker NED and 3 points back Bart Lambrieux/Cecile Janmaat NED will duel for the title today. Facuna Oleazza ARG has a 4 points' lead in the Finns ahead of the tied Alejandro Muscat ESP and Milan Vujasinovic CRO. In the Lasers Standard, Sergey Kommissarov RUS is 12 points ahead of Duko Bos CRO. In the Laser Radial women, Francesca Clapcich ITA is first 5 points ahead of Maxime Jonker NED. Tatjana Droszdovskaja BLR and Maud Jayet SUI separated by one point only are on the positions 3 and 4. Jules Devic/Tim Carpentier FRA dominate the 420 Boys 18 points in front of Balanger/Cron FRA 2. The 420er Girls with Aina Colom/Vicky Sisk ESP on top did not sail yesterday. In the Radial Boys, Victor Sime ESP and Matias Sabate ESP share the lead.
