Snowkite - Worldcup 2018 - Reschensee ITA - Final results, the Swiss

On the snow-covered ice of the Reschensee in Southern Tirol ITA, the first Snowkite-Worldcup of the year was held. Short races, freestyle competitions and long-distance races on skis or snowboards were on the program.
Winner in the largest fleet with 35 starters from 8 nations, the Ski-Kiters, was Florian Gruber GER, a well-known top Kiteboarder on water, winning all 7 races. The best Swiss Oliver Willi SUI missed the podium as 4th by 10 points. The best women Ski kiter was Jana Schrader GER, Lisa Pozzi SUI finished 3rd.
In the Kite Snowboarder, the dominant winners were Ronny Bollhalder SUI in the men and Aija Ambrasa LAT in the women.
