Windsurfing - Techno 293 World Championship 2018 - Liepaja LTV - Day 1

The Techno Windsurfing Worlds in Latuvia - the official Youth windsurfer - were initiated yesterday with two races sailed in a 15kn wind. The over 300 youth drivers are split in 8 categories. The experience windsurfing nations have already taken the top spots in the different classes, above all the Israeli leading in three rankings, and are even on the ranks 1 to 7 of the U17 female youth.
