Good conditions prevailed again at the Techno Windsurf Worlds for Juniors in Latuvia yesterday.
In the U14 Boys' rankings, Alessandro Graciotti ITA disturbed the dominance of the Israeli taking the overall lead. Otherwise, Israelis all over the place in the younger categories.
In the Youth-plus-females, Giorgia Speciale ITA and Manon Pianazza FRA jointly are in the overall lead. Nicolo Renna ITA defended his first place in the Youth-plus-males.
