As expected, Aymeric Chappellier FRA and his team increased their advantage on 68nm, and - sailing now in the frontal system having arrived from North-East - they are on a long, rough upwind leg to Horta/Acores 270nm away. The second-ranked Catherine Pourre FRA and her team crossed the calm zone successfully as well and kept a safe 58nm advantage on Kito De Pavant FRA/Alex Pella ESP on rank 3.
