Highlight of the 2019 TBSV Juniors Cup was for once not the action on the water, burt the reception of the newly crowned Laser 4.7 World Champion Anja Von Allmen RCO, commentated by the last World Champion of the RC Oberhofen, Stefan Seger (1984 on Laser II).
