Finn - Goldcup 2019 - Melbourne AUS - Final results

In a fresh 20kn plus wind, the Finn World Championship, the Gold Cup, was concluded in Melbourne this morning UTC with the Medal Race and the sail-off race for the rest of the fleet. ----- Josh Junior NZL controlled the situation finishing 7th and grasping his first title. Silver went to Nicholas Heiner NED closely followed by the defending champion Zsombor Beresz HUN. Winner of the Medal Race was Jack Lilley AUS finishing 5th overall and earning the Oceania Continental Olympic berth for Australia. ----- On rank 9 followed Juan Cardona ESP as winner of the U23 title ahead of Nils Theuninck SUI on rank 14 overall taking Silver. ----- The ranking list and the event facebook page with the final report, the photos and videos.
