The F18 Catamaran Long-Distance World Championship will be kicked-off on Martinique, French Caribbeans today with 38 teams from 9 nations on the entry list, among them the prominent favorites Franck Cammas/Mathieu Vandame FRA. Switzerland is represented by Michel Mamzer SUI. The race leads around the Martinique island in six legs of about 30nm. ----- The event website.
