Finally, some fresher winds filled in during the last three races at the Laser 4.7 Vilamoura Open Regatta concluded yesterday. ----- Guilherme Cavaco POR defended his first place ahead of Eliott Raison SUI, who failed to fight for victory after a premature start in the last race. Benjamin Dufour SUI finished on the 3rd place.
