Laser Radial & Standard - European Championship 2017 - Barcelona ESP - Day 4

The Final Series at the Laser Europeans in Barcelona did start yesterday in Gold and Silver fleets, and in a light 8 kn wind three races were held in each group.
Tonci Stipanovic CRO extended his lead in the Lasers Standard on 13 pts. The best of the day (ranks 13/1), Giovanni Coccoluto ITA, advanced on rank 2 at equal points with Andrew McKenzie NZL. The World Champion Pavlos Kontides CYP moved up on rank 4.
Despite of a mediocre day (10/19), Marit Bouwmeester NED stayed on top of the Radial women, but Anne-Marie Rindom DEN reduced the gap on 2 pts. Tuula Tenkanen FIN and Silvia Zennaro ITA followed on the ranks 3 and 4 at equal points. The best of the day (9/1) Svenja Reger GER climbed on rank 6.
Marcin Rudawski POL extended his lead in the Radial men on 17 pts. Marcelo Cairo ESP reclaimed rank 2 followed by Pau Schilt ESP new on rank 3. The former 2nd Grégoire Peverelli SUI had a difficult day (ranks 24/24) and dropped on rank 6.
