Ice-Sailing - DN European Championship - Lake Wilimie POL - Day 1

Immediately after the last race of the DN-World championship yesterday, the first race of the DN-European Championship has been sailed at the same venue. The conditions were not too good though and only one race could be sailed. In the absence of newly crowned world champion Karol Jablonski POL, Ron Sherry USA won the race ahead of Michal Burczynski POL and Darius Kosecki POL. Jost Kolb GER in 7th is the best German, Jean-Claude Vuithier SUI, the only Swiss in the Goldfleet of the top 50, finished the race in 11th place. Ranking.
