All classes sailed a race during the morning in decreasing gradient wind from the shore. whereas in the afternoon, a moderate seabreeze filled in for another one or two races, on a day with a dominating English team. Luke Patience/Stuart Bithell GBR took the lead in the 470 men ahead of Rogers/Grube GBR and Belcher/Page AUS, Charbonnier/Meyer FRA advanced to rank 4. With two bullets, Ben Ainslie GBR is back on top with the Finns with Giles Scott GBR and Pieter-Jan Potsma NED completing the podium. The lead in the RS:X-men goes also British with Nick Dempsey GBR ahead of Shahar Zubari ISR and Dorian Van Rijsselberge NED. Winning two of three races, Pietro and Gianfranco Sibello ITA are on rank 1 of the 49ers, followed by Fletcher/Sign GBR and Dyen/Christidis FRA. The only men's class without leader change are the Lasers Standard where Tom Slingsby AUS stays on top, but Paul Goodison GBR, winning two races, has come nearer. Julio Alsogaray ARG is third. The new leader in the Starboats are Kusznierewicz/Zycki POL, followed by Percy Simpson GBR and Scheidt/Prada BRA. Ai Kondo/Wakako Tabata JPN kept their lead on top of the 470women, but the team of the day Jo Aleh/Bianca Barbarich NZL with two bullets now on rank 2 closed up. New leader in the RS:X-women is Marina Alabau ESP with Alessandra Sensini ITA dropping on the 2nd place. In the Lasers Radial, Paige Railey USA is now on top ahead of Marit Bouwmeester NED and Veronika Fenclova CZE. Last but not least the Women-Match-Race, where the Round Robin of the three groups was completed with Silija Lehtinen FIN (7-0) and Claire Leroy FRA (6-1) on top of group A, Sally Barkow USA (7-0) and Silke Hahlbrock GER (6-1) first group B and Anna Tunnicliffe USA (7-0) and Lucy MacGregor GBR (5-2) first group C as qualifiers for the quarterfinals. The remaining quarterfinal slots will be allotted in a repechage round. The daily report and the video of the day.
