Racing nearly side-by-side past the outer Dutch islands with less than 700 miles to the finish, the two frontrunners are again doing a horizon job on the fleet, which is still struggling in the Oresund. ‘Actual’ and Yves Le Blevec made up some distance to leader ‘Crêpes Whaou ! 3’ and Franck-Yves Excoffier, posting an average speed of 17.7 knots over the last 24 hours, which translates into a sailing speeds of around 23-24 knots. Third are Loick Fequet and ‘Crêpes Whaou ! 2’ 162 miles behind the leaders. Initially expected to finish on Monday, it now looks like first tow boats could cross the line on Sunday.
