With less wind as on day one, decreasing from 15 to 10 kn during the afternoon, both Laser fleets sailed two races yesterday as scheduled. The new leader in the Laser Standard is Andy Maloney NZL with the day ranks 3 and 2 in his group, one point ahead of Tom Slingsby AUS. Tom Burton AUS, best of the day, is now on rank 3 overall, at equal points with Andrew Murdoch NZL. Two race wins too for Philipp Buhl GER, who follows on rank 5 as best European. Rob Crane USA is on rank 11. In the Lasers Radial, the big-breeze specialists Allison Young GBR and Krystal Weir AUS are clearly ahead. Evi Van Acker BEL follows 7 points behind on rank 3. The World Champion Marit Bouwmeester NED advanced on rank 4. Marie-Pier Alary CAN is 65th. For today, the meteo announced again excessive wind.
