 Bol d'Or 2012  SN Geneve  favorable conditions for the start today
Light winds initially, increasing to a 3-4 bft Westerly have been announced for the 74th Bol d'Or, organised by the Société Nautique of Geneva, and the prevailing weather promises a fast race. 469 teams will start today at 10 a.m. CET on Lake Geneva off the Club premises. As always during the past years, the overall winner will without doubt be one of the Décision-35-catamarans (2006 Russell Coutts). In the Open Monohulls of the LX-TCFX category, all eyes will be on the Mirabeau LX, the 10 meter foiler-wing sail boat, competing against the fast Pasaro 40.
