Melges 20 - World Championship 2016 - Scarlino ITA - Day 3, the Swiss

Only one race was completed yesterday at the Melges-20 Worlds in Scarlino ITA. In a very light breeze, the winner was Alexander Novoselov RUS. Drew Freides USA and his team on rank 3 were the only ones of the top-10 teams with one-digit finish, extending his lead on Michael Illbruck GER on 4 points. New on rank 3 is Achille Onorato ITA. Richard Davies SUI (with Chris Rast SUI) finished 10th, the best result so far, but loosing one rank on new the 11th place overall.
