At the end of the Qualification Series is has become clear, that Switzerland will not be able to defend the Worldchampions' title of Max Wallenberg SUI, as none of the 5 Swiss Team members' qualified for the Goldfleet of the 70-best. Maxime Thommen SUI, rank 73, missed the cut by a small margin and will continue the Championship in the Silverfleet, together with Maxim Dneprov SUI (rank 98) and Anja Von Allmen SUI (rank 114). Adrian Surocca SUI and Arnaud Grange SUI just missed the Silverfleet with the ranks 141 and 144.
