Mini 650 - Mini-Transat - Las Palmas ESP - Leg 2 - Day 2

The well-established trade winds persisted on the second day of leg 2 pushing the fleet at speeds around 10 kn direction South. The distances between the boats are more and more stretched in this speed-race. Ian Lipinski POL, favorite in the Protos, is now 12 nm ahead of Erwan Le Mené FRA, winner of leg 1. New on rank 3 is Charlotte Méry FRA 18 nm behind. Leader in the Series Minis is now Tanguy Bouroullec FRA, followed by Rémy Aubrun FRA 2 nm back and Clarisse Crémer FRA another 2 nm behind on 3rd.
