Fresh winds prevailed on the 2nd day of the Dutch Youth Regatta on the Ijsselmeer.
In the 29ers, Théo Revil/Gautier Guevel FRA defended their lead 2 points ahead of Noah Chauvin/Aristide Girou FRA. Kaifun Shen/Benoît Leuenberger SUI remained on rank 21.
In the Lasers 4.7, Paul Hameeteman NED increased the advantaga on 8 points. James Koh SGP is new on rank 2. Martin Verhulst SUI dropped on rank 17 as his 3rd place was followed by a 36th rank yesterday.
In the Lasers Radial, Emma Savelon NED is now the unique leader. Jenthe Verstraelen BEL and Eric-Jan Westerhof NED follow on the ranks 2 and 3. Gauthier Verhulst SUI remains on the excellent 4th place.
In the Nacra 15, Massimo Contessi/Agustina Castro ARG continued their winning streak. Arnaud Grange/Marie Van der Klink SUI remained on rank 11.
In the largest fleet with 365 starters, the Optimists, there was apparently no racing yesterday (or at least, the ranking lists were not yet updated this morning). After the three races of the opening day, Malte Ebtrup DEN was first one point ahead of Andrea Manhes FRA. The best Swiss Anja Von Allmen SUI is on the 8th place. In the Category B of the Optimists (U11), Soma Kis-Szölgyemi HUN is first ahead of Lenny Hoffmann NED. Lars Dittel SUI is on the good 5th place.
