RORC Caribbean 600 - Antigua ANT - a new record for 'Maserati'

Fresh winds prevailed on Antigua last Monday at the start of the 600-mile-race around a number of Caribbean islands. Here the video of the start. Among the participants was 'Argo', the MOD-70-catamaran of Jason Carroll USA after her capsize a few days ago, with François Gabart FRA as special guest.
His multihull 'Argo' and the MOD-70 'Maserati' of Giovanni Soldini ITA fighted neck and neck and the Italians had finally the upper hand winning in the new record time of 1 day, 6 hours and 49 minutes with a 7 minutes' advantage on 'Argo'. In the monohulls, the VOR70 'Wizard', steered by Charlie Enright USA finished first.
