Figaro 3 - Sardinha Cup - Saint-Croix-de-Vie FRA - Leg 1 - Final results

The very light winds prompted the Race Director to shorten leg one of the Sardinha-Cups at half distance (70nm) with Alexis Loison/Fréderic Duthil FRA still in the lead. Vincent Domand FRA, age 26 in his first Figaro Class regatta, together with Benjamin Dutreux FRA followeed on rank 2 with a 1:26min backlog. Anthony Marchand/Paul Meilhat FRA finished 3rd. Justine Mettraux SUI/Gwenolé Gahinet FRA lost some places and terminated leg one on the 20th position among the 34 teams with a 30min deficit.
The start to the longer leg 2 will be given tomorrow Tuesday.
