Despite the total standstill of the international and national regatta scene, there is still a lot to report: numerous sailing films are being newly published, new eSailing events are popping up everywhere (we will inform you in good time) and numerous webinars train on various topics, from the equipment up to the racing rules and related tactics. ----- Our readership numbers have only declined slightly in the first weeks of the pandemic, and remain fortunately at a high level. It remains worth stopping by every day as all kinds of interesting information on our sport will be entertaining during the lockdown. ----- While the editorial work remains high, the financing of our website through advertising business has come to a complete halt, in spite of the fact, that www.sailing-news.com remains the most important web portal to the nautical target market in Switzerland. But it might be the time now for Clubs and Classes to enrich their websites with our news. We remain up-to-date with all available news on our sport, including class and club information.
