The big favorite of the race Jérémy Béyou FRA ('Charal', Foiler) is still on his way back to Sables d'Olonne, where he will arrive tomorrow Saturday. After an analysis ashore of the damage caused by the collision with flotsam, he will decide if he can resume the race. A restart is still possible until next Wednesday - here the report. ----- Armel Tripon FRA ('L'Occitane', Foiler) has rejoined the field after his repair break, he was 296 miles behind this morning. Three times, Sorel FRA ('V&B Mayenne', Non-Foiler) had to climb the mast in 8th place to thread a halyard - the report with video. Sébastien Destremau FRA ('Merci', Non-Foiler) had to climb the mast yesterday to free a trapped fall. Now his Open 60 seems to be okay again, at the end of the field - and 419 miles behind - he has resumed the race - the report.
