The leading group crossed the equator yesterday and is chasing down South in well-established southern trade winds. Alex Thomson GBR ('Hugo Boss', Foiler) continues to lead the field, but Thomas Ruyant FRA ('LinkedOut', Foiler) and Charlie Dalin FRA ('Apivia', Foiler) moved up: Ruyant was only 38nm behind in 2nd place this morning UTC. Jean Lea Cam ('Yes we Cam', Non-Foiler), sailing in 4th place, was able to keep his distance to Thomson GBR of 114nm constant for the third day in a row. Alan Roura SUI lost one place and is now 18th with a 566nm backlog. ----- The race tracker and the reports.
