ILCA 6 - Master World Championship 2023 - Varuna THA - Day 1

The ILCA 6 Master World Championships started yesterday in Varuna with a good sea breeze. ----- Olympic veteran Viktoria Androlyte LTU took part for the first time, winning both races in the Apprentice fleet (over 35). ----- Jon Emmett GBR won both races in the Masters (over 45), and Toshinari Takanayagi USA leads the largest fleet of 42 Grand Masters (over 55). ----- The only Swiss competitor is Jacques Perret SUI, 12th in the fleet of 33 Great Grand Masters (over 65). ----- Among the 20 participants in the fleet of the Legends (over 75), Jonathan Andron USA is in the lead. ----- All rankings and the daily report.
