ILCA 6 & 7 - European Championship 2023 - Andora ITA - Day 2

Also on the second day of the ILCA European Championships in Andora the conditions remained flat. Only the ILCA 6 men were able to finish a race. In the ILCA 6 women's fleet, which is divided into two halves, at least one group was able to finish a race. Despite light, inconsistent winds, the favourites lined up at the front: Agata Barwinska POL won ahead of Emma Plasschaert BEL. Léonie Baudet SUI followed as best Swiss on rank 30 - the results ILCA 6 Women. The ILCA 6 Men sail in one fleet, the only race was won by Anders Bultynck BEL ahead of Fiacha McDonnell IRL. Youri Deklerck SUI is 39th as best Swiss in the fleet of 71 competitors - the ILCA 6 Men ranking. Not competing were the ILCA 7 who finished their first and so far only race on the start day - Matthew Wearn AUS, Jean-Baptiste Bernaz FRA and Philipp Buhl GER each won the race of their group.
