This morning, the leading Malizia (Boris Herrmann GER) still has 400 miles to go to the leg finish in Itajai BRA, a day's distance in the current conditions with fresh aft winds. Good for Malizia, who apparently makes best progress in fresh winds and could extend her lead over Holcim-PRB (Kevin Escoffier FRA) to 31 miles, but nothing is decided yet.
