 Melges 24 - World Championship 2018 - Victoria BC, CAN - Day 3 After two initial light wind days a stronger breeze set in yesterday which enabled the committee to run three races. With two race wins Andrea Rachelli ITA and his team moved up to take the lead 6 points ahead of Alan Field USA, Bruce Ayres USA is third on rank 3. The Results and the Event Facebook Page.  Melges 24 - World Championship 2018 - Victoria BC, CAN - Day 2 Light winds prevailed on the second day of the Melges 24-WM Which was just enough to complete one race. The daily first went to Andrea Rachelli ITA who advanced to second place overall, just one point behind new leader Brian Porter USA. On rank 3, another point back, follows Alan Field USA.

 Melges 24 - World Championship 2018 - Victoria BC, CAN - Day 1 Yesterday the Melges 24 Worlds started in Canada with a single race held in mainly light winds. Race victory went to Alan Field USA (with 470 olympic medallist Medallist Lucas Calabrese ARG) followed by Brian Porter USA and Bruce Ayres USA. Best European was Andrea Rachelli ITA in 5th of the 41 teams. The results and the event Facebook site.

 Melges 24 - World Championship 2018 - Victoria BC, CAN - Start today The Melges 24 World Championship starts in Canada today. On the entry list are 50 teams from 4 nations. Stuart Simpson GBR and Andrea Racchelli ITA are the only two European entries. Among the competitors are also the star Olympic medalists Ross Mcdonald CAN and Mike Wolfe CAN. The Event Facebook Page.
