GC32, M32, J/70, Melges 20 - Sportsboat Winter Series - Monaco MON - Final results

Another round of the 'Monaco Sport Boats Series' was held over the past weekend in light winds. Winner in the GC32-catamarans was the Geneva 'Realteam' with Jerôme Clerc SUI. In the M32-catamarans, Guido Miani MON was first. The largest fleet with 34 teams from 11 nations were the J/70s with Luca Domenici ITA as winner after 4 races closely followed by the tied Valerya Kovalenko RUS and Charles Thompson GBR with their teams just one point behind. Frederik Hedlund SWE with Christoph Burger SUI as tactician, sailing under Swiss flag, missed the podium by 3 points and finished 4th. A victory for Poland was realised by Krysztof Krempec POL in the Melges 20.
