The final round of the Monaco Sportsboat Winter Series began yesterday in moderate wind conditions with two or three races by class, except the M32 catamarans finishing 7 short races. Ricardo Simoneschi ITA has taken the interim's lead one point ahead of Richard Davies SUI (tactics Chris Rast SUI). The M32 ranking list. Two Swiss boats lead in the largest fleet with 47 teams, the J/70s. The past IYRU Youth Sailing World Champion (1984) Stefan Seger SUI is on top with the day ranks 1 and 2, 4 points ahead of Fredrik Hedlund SUI (tactics Christoph Burger SUI). Charles Thompson GBR is on the 3rd place. The J/70 ranking list. After 3 heats, Aleksander Ezkhov RUS is on the first place in the Melges 20. The Starboat results have not yet been posted on the event website.
