Optimist - European Championship 2017 - Bourgas BUL - Day 2

After the windy opening day with a 20 kn breeze, it was the light-wind specialists' turn yesterday in the prevailing 8-12 kn. Two races were sailed with leader changes in both fleets.
In the Boys, Ioannis-Christos Mouzakis GRE moved on top with the ranks 2 and 1 in his Group, 3 points ahead of Blake Wilson AUS. Santiago Palkin ARG and Can Erturk TUR follow at equal points on the positions 3 and 4.
In the Girls, Donna Mazzucchelli ARG has taken the lead one point ahead of Cosima Schlueter GER. Asli Akbeniz TUR is new on rank 3.
