Olympic Classes - Trofeo Princesa Sofia - Palma ESP - Day 1 - Excellent first day of the Swiss Team

After the first day of the 2018 Trofeo Princesa Sofia, Swiss boats lead in two of the 10 Olympic events ! With the day ranks 2 and 3, Linda Fahrni/Maja Siegenthaler SUI took the lead in the 470 women. Maud Jayet SUI won the only race of her Group in the Lasers Radial. A top-resultat can also be noted in the Finns were Nils Theuninck SUI, winning race 1 is on rank 4 overall amidst the best of the World ! On rank 4 is also Mateo Sanz-Lanz SUI in the windsurfers where he finished 2nd in his Group in the only race of the day.
Sébastien Schneiter/Lucien Cujean SUI are among the 6 teams sharing rank 3 in the 49ers at equal points. An excellent start had also Maxime Bachelin/Arno De Planta SUI in their first important international 49er regatta holding rank 18 among the 90 teams. With rank 29 in the 79 teams' 470 men fleet, Kilian Wagen/Grégoire Siegwart SUI are on track for the Goldfleet. Livia Naef/Nelia Puhze SUI are on rank 42 among the 56 teams after 3 races in the 49erFX. Eliot Merceron SUI is on rank 88 among the 181 Lasers Standard.
