Optimist - World Championship 2018 - Limassol CYP - Start today

The 2018 Optimist World Championship begins on Cyprus today with the first races. 264 participants from 56 nations and 5 continents are on the entry list, most of them with full 5-boat-teams. - as always one of the most international events in the entire family of international (and Olympic) sports. Favorites are hardly to detect in the quickly changing environment of fast growing young athletes.
