Light winds delayed racing yesterday at the Melges 24 European Series in Portoroz SLO, and only one race could be completed. Winners of the day were Luis Tarabocchia GER and his team, moving up on 5th overall. Tonu Toniiste EST (470 Olympic Bronze 1992) remains on top 8 points ahead of Niccolo Bertola ITA.
