Olympic Classes - Copa do Brasil - Rio de Janeiro BRA - Day 2 - the Swiss

Even though the light wind conditions are not the preference of Yannick Brauchli/Romuald Hausser SUI, they shined with two 3rd ranks in the 470 men yesterday and moved up on rank 4 overall inmidst the World's best. The second race with rank 5 yesterday was the best result so far for Linda Fahrni/Maja Siegenthaler SUI in the 470 women. With the premature start disqualification of race 1 included, they are on rank 13 overall now. In the Nacra 17, Matias Bühler/Nathalie Brugger SUI lost two places yesterday and are now on the 9th position. Mateo Sanz-Lanz SUI, the only Swiss with a firm ticket for Rio so far, realized his first top-10 result, but he stays on the disappointing 21st place overall.
