Today is day one of the 40th edition of the Palamos Christmas Race for Olympic and youth (420, 29er, Europe, Laser Radial) classes with important delegations from Spain, France, Germany and England. Switzerland is well represented, among others with the Olympic hopefuls Sébastien Schneiter/Lucien Cujean SUI in the 49ers and Guillaume Girod SUI in the Lasers Standard, as well as development teams in the 470s, 420s and Laser Radial.
