J/70, Melges 20, Diam 24 - Primo-Cup II - Monaco MON - Day 2, the Swiss

Spectacular conditions prevailed yesterday off Monaco after the windless opening day, and in an up to 20 kn wind and sun, the three classes at the Primo Cup II enjoyed perfect sailing conditions. Each class sailed on race in the freshening breeze.
Winner in the J/70 was Jacopo Carrain MON ahead of Mark Kagansky RUS. The best Swiss Nicolas Groux SUI finished 14th among the 45 teams.
In the Melges 20, Vladimir Silkin RUS won the only race of the day ahead of Manfredi Vianini ITA. Richard Davies SUI is on rank 13 among the 24 teams. Leader in the small Diam 24 fleet after two heats is Vianney Bergot FRA.
