470 - South American Championship 2016 - San Isidro ARG - Final results, no Swiss

Over the past weekend, the 470 South American Championship, a tune-up race in view of the 470 World Championships beginning next Saturday, took place in San Isidro (near Buenos Aires). Most international teams profitted of this opportunity for last training on the Championship waters.
Winners after eight races in the women's category were Camille Lecointre/Hélène Defrance FRA, 12 points ahead of Anne Haeger/Briana Provancha USA and Ai Kondo/Miho Yoshioka JPN. In the men's fleet, Matthew Belcher/Will Ryan AUS were first ahead of Calabrese/De la Fuente ARG and Mantis/Kagialis GRE. No German, Austrian and Swiss teams participated.
