Two races were sailed yesterday in a 16 kn breeze, decreasing on 10 kn during the day. Diego Negri/Sergio Lambertenghi ITA finished twice on top and advanced on rank 1 ahead of Robert Stanjek/Frithjof Kleen GER at equal points. These two teams cannot be overtaken during the final race today and will fight for the prestigious Bacardi Trophy. Augie Diaz USA/Bruno Prada BRA remain on 3rd with a 5 points' advantage on Paul Cayard/Brian Fatih USA. Christoph Gautschi/Nils Holweg SUI sailed their best race rank - a 9th place - and moved up on the 20th position overall. Dannesboe/Bonhoeffer SUI abandoned the 2nd race and dropped on the 30th place.
